1. Guest posts are an old staple of link building, but they are also the target of a lot of abuse. We sometimes use GPs but with much caution. We don’t buy them. If a webmaster asks for money, we don’t oblige.
2. We try not to have more than 50% of our links as GPs. Most times, we don’t use them at all in a campaign.
3. We aim to pitch blogs that don’t outwardly say they take GPs.

100% Honest Transparent White Hat Guest Posting Service

If you’ve done just a minute of searching, you are probably aware that there are many companies that promise to do guest posting.

And there’s no surprise here because guest posting is a very authentic link building technique.  However, there’s a lot of abuse of this technique by spammers, and Google has had to do a public warning about it:

Lately we’ve seen an increase in spammy links contained in articles referred to as contributor posts, guest posts, partner posts, or syndicated posts.

However, what does violate Google’s guidelines on link schemes is when the main intent is to build links in a large-scale way back to the author’s site.

For websites creating articles made for links, Google takes action on this behavior because it’s bad for the Web as a whole.

So, to prevent being penalized for spammy content, you may want to read on and see what we do to create authentic guest posting at Akita Digital.

What Makes Akita digital Better Than Scammers?

I am Max, and I founded Akita Digital because I wanted to create a link building service that even I could trust, LOL.

Problems abound when it comes to link building, but these three tend to be consistent problems when doing guest posting:

  1. Paid Links. When some service companies brag about having alleged relationships with bloggers, it smells a lot like they have paid for links. That may work for a while, but you will get caught on Google eventually.
  2. Crappy Websites. PBNs (Private Blog Networks) and other crappy websites will have your link.
  3. DR/DA Exaggerations. Anyone with a little bit of SEO knowledge knows that Domain Rating (Ahrefs) and Domain Authority (Moz) can be manipulated. That makes it pointless to charge more because of an alleged higher DR/DA!

If you’re like me, you spent a lot of money paying people to get links. But, now it’s time to offer people honest guest posting services that will provide link building to reputable sites that Google trusts.

This is what has to happen to get this done…

Akita Digital doesn`t deal with crappy websites.

I have a team that targets reputable and high-quality websites that are not suspicious, scammy, spammy, Web 2.0s or PBNs.

Anything that looks remotely suspicious is rejected by us and just won’t be good enough for our clients.

Akita Digital doesn`t buy links.

Almost every day I get emails asking if we buy links and resell them and here is my response each time:

We don’t buy backlinks and resell them to our clients because we are the real deal….

Akita Digital really cares about relevance and traffic.

You want relevant websites. A purse website will not benefit from Domain Rating 80 website that deals with golf. But a link from style blog would. We are also focused on traffic that the website has.

If it`s a DR 80 website that only produces 250 visitors a month, then it’s very suspicious. Google will see the site as suspicious also. So, if we know the site is suspicious, everyone else should know that, too.

Why Guest Posting Services Yield Real Results for Real Businesses

In March 2014, I landed my first client.

Our conversation may have been about 15 minutes before we were already set in motion to work for him (and he had already wired the money to get started). He knew what he needed for his site, but he was lacking the time to get it done.

These are the results he’s gotten after just 5 months.

Fortunately, we can duplicate these same types of results since we have streamlined our process.

Reminder:

Guest posting is one component of our white hat link building service, and we usually combine it with other methods of link building (e.g. resource links, broken links, link roundups etc).

With that being said, we understand that not all businesses are alike. So, I will be glad to discuss how our services can be tailored to your business.

Contact us now to see how we can help you. But remember, you must be an authentic business and willing to commit to allowing us to help.

There are 4 stages and 7 steps to our guest posting service:

Stage 1: Discovery

Stage 2: Planning

Stage 3: Prospecting

Stage 4: Outreach

Stage 1: Discovery

Step 1: Onboarding Questionnaire

Regardless of what service you get from us, we will want to know more about you and your business.

That way, we can make sure you get the best ROI because we care about our clients growing their businesses.

To maximize your ROI, we have created this questionnaire to help.

The more information you give us, the better it will help us help you.

Step 2: Google Search Console & Analytics Access

We will need your Search Console accounts and your Google Analytics, and here’s why…

  • First, it helps us quickly spot target publications and get you quickly on the way to up to two premium guest posts.
  • Second, it helps us quickly identify the issues that have been stunting your website growth (e.g. indexing errors, algorithmic penalties, etc.)

Step 3: SEO Analysis

We offer free SEO analysis.

Using Ahrefs (no offence, SEMRush), we can give you the best services concerning link building. Ahrefs helps us discover:

  • Anchor Text Analysis.
  • Your highest performing pages.
  • Your least performing pages.
  • Bad links coming from crappy websites.

In other words, we do this to make sure we eliminate foundational problems before we try to build links.

What can be done after wasting $10,000 and getting no results?

That’s why we want to make sure we are thoroughly prepared before trying. We want and need you to succeed.

Stage 2: Planning

Now that we have a clear understanding of the foundation we are working with, we can start planning our link building strategy tailored to your website.

This will usher us into…

Step 4: Campaign Planning & Scheduling

“If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there”, – Lewis Carroll.

That’s why we carefully plan out all our campaigns.

Our blueprint allows us to monitor our actions because link building will require updates and revisions as needed.

Also, we need to make sure we generated enough leads to begin outreaching as soon as we can (but without being careless and hasty).

So, we will build your links, but it will take time.

Now that the campaign is in motion, we can go on to the next stage…

Stage 3: Prospecting

Step 5: Prospecting for Guest Posts

This step is where we search and acquire websites that are relevant to your niche and allow for guest posting (because some sites just don’t allow guest posts, right?)

We use Google’s search operators (also known as Boolean operators) and relevant niche keywords.

It will take time to create a database of possible websites since we do this ourselves.

Our team of link prospectors will look for good leads from reputable websites. We don’t waste time with questionable websites and websites with obvious bad reputations on Google.

We get contact information that helps us get in touch with key people responsible for these sites.

Once we get a good amount of leads, we can start our…

Stage 4: Outreach

This is the stage where we pitch to all the leads gathered in our database.

This is how our outreach is done.

Step 6: Guest Post Outreach

The first email is very important because it’s how we get target publications to notice you and see what you want.

Depending on your background, social proof signals and other unique information about you can also help (like being featured in Forbes or being the first person to take a different angle in doing something concerning your niche).

Each email will be personalized.

Outreach emails are a dime and a dozen online (if you’ve ever searched for those in the past, you know what I mean.) But these are so burned out from spammers that we have chosen to create and use our own outreach email template for each new campaign we do.

That way, our emails won’t be flagged as spam AND will generate more of a positive response from people.

Here’s what you need to remember: We always strive to do better conversion rates than the last time because that’s what in your best interest as our client.

Our efforts will come in the form of us revising our outreach templates, so they are personalized for each prospect.

Step 7: Reply Management & Follow Ups

This is by far the most important part of the process because it involves dealing with people and proper communication.

Think of pitching guest posts as selling.

Some people may not understand what it is we are looking for. Some may just be sceptics about what we’re offering, and then there some who just don’t do guest posts on their websites (or don’t respond at all).

Our team of experts knows how to navigate through all these types of scenarios to get what you are looking for: relevant and quality guest posting leads.

Oh, and we always use white hat blogger outreach strategies.

Special Note:

I’ve said this already, but I will say it again:

We don’t buy links. We do not pay people to have your links on their websites.

If they respond with a price offer, we strike them off the list and move on to the next lead.

Our goal is to get legitimate links, and we are not cutting suspicious corners to get it.

This is the commitment you get from Akita Digital.

Akita Digital’s Pricing for Guest Posting

So, what’s all this hard work and preparation going to cost?

Our flat fee of €2000  yields 200 relevant leads and at least 10 agreed placements.

To be honest, most clients get  20, 30 (and some over 40) placements when we do at least 200 leads.

Think of it this way. A placement would cost no more than €200 euros (approx. $230), but we all know they are all a whole lot cheaper than that.

Now, let’s make this plain.

F.A.Q.

Why Do You Charge That Amount?

I know, this amount may be a bit strange to many since most people are familiar with paying per placement. But when you think about it, our payment arrangement is about as honest as it gets.

We set our price according to the work we do.

We charge you for:

  • Finding and filtering the leads (which also includes creating a database unique to your business)
  • Outreach to at least 200 leads (estimated time for that is approximately 45 hours, which calculates to €44 per hour of work with the €2000 budget).

You get a great deal with a minimum of 10 placements per 200 leads. But we know this is going to be a lot higher than 10 (with most people getting at least 20, 20 or over 40 placements).

Do You Create Content?

Yes, we do! We create PR and LSI articles and guest posts for our clients.

We use the best practices for keyword usage and the balancing of synonyms & semantic terms while delivering a natural final product sure to please Google and visitors with interesting and useful content they would like to share.

Can I See Any Websites from Your Database?

No, because…

We don’t have stored databases with websites that you can look over.

Our link building is done in real time, so our databases are created for each client after we analyze your business.

We don’t violate Google’s TOS (like a lot of other alleged “white hat” link building companies do) because we don’t pay webmasters for backlinks.

Can I get 1, 2, 3 or 5 Guest Posts?

No.

People who want 5 or fewer posts are usually the ones who want it “yesterday” and will respond that way.

Link building just doesn’t work that way—overnight. It takes time and dedication to work.

And that’s what we do.
